Our pricing is primarily based on the age, square footage, and complexity of the property. A few guidelines:
- Condominiums are less than town houses and single family residences.
- Other specialty inspections and environmental tests (water quality and quantity, radon, termites) are additional.
- Commercial property is individually priced.

*Our Fee Guarantee: We will meet any price for a complete home inspection that you are quoted by another full time home inspection company. Our caveats are: The report is a narrative report with digital images. The inspector has a CT Home Inspectors License, and is a full member ASHI or another recognized inspector group, does no more than two inspections per day and has a minimum of five years of full time home inspection experience.
