I returned to Hartford the day before yesterday and have been digging myself out from under both snow and office work. Now that I am back at home, I just wanted to thank you for your very thorough home inspection, and for squeezing it in before I had to leave for Ohio. I did pass on the recommendations to the seller, who has agreed to take care of things. Tomorrow, I will be connecting with the building inspector to get a qualified individual in to check the fireplace before closing, as you recommended in your report.
